As part of the Comerica Community Space program, our location at Lovers Lane and Devonshire can accommodate up to 40 people with a flexible floor plan, kitchenette, large digital monitors for video conferencing, secure access to the internet, printers, coffee and water.
CoWorkSpaces is available for reservation 30 minutes after banking center or CoWorkSpaces-only location opening until 30 minutes before closing. Some locations may close for the lunch hour.

To make a CoWorkSpaces reservation, you’ll need to have a Comerica business checking account, a physical business location in Texas, and a signed Program Agreement. Qualifying nonprofit organizations without a Comerica account may also be eligible for select spaces. Please note that use of the space might involve tax reporting, so it’s a good idea to check with a tax professional if you have questions.
A CoWorkSpaces reservation provides access to various resources, depending on the space’s configuration. Amenities may include desks, digital monitors, large conference seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, printers, and complimentary coffee and water. Pens, paper, and highlighters are also available, but we encourage you to bring any additional materials you may need.
Audiovisual capabilities vary depending on the configuration of each space. Most locations include a large TV monitor for video conferencing and cables for connecting devices.
Restroom access is available at all locations, with the exception of Comerica Bank Tower.
There is no limit to how far in advance a reservation can be made. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
Reservations are generally available 30 minutes after the banking center opens to 30 minutes before it closes. There is no limit to the length of time, but an individual reservation cannot exceed one business day and is subject to availability.
Yes, guests and team members are welcome. Please ensure that the total number of attendees does not exceed the space’s capacity.
CoWorkSpaces is provided as a complimentary service for eligible customers. There are no fees for reserving or using these spaces, but it may be subject to tax reporting.
Recurring reservations are not supported systematically, but you are welcome to reserve a specific timeslot as many times in the future as you need, as availability allows.
As a visitor to Comerica Bank, you are welcome to park in any of our designated spaces. We kindly ask that you avoid blocking drive-through lanes and remain mindful of any parking restrictions set by neighboring businesses. If you have any questions about parking, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Yes, you can. Cancellations are allowed up to the time of your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email.

CoWorkSpaces is exclusively available to small business customers. However, Comerica Community Space is also available to nonprofit organizations, even if they are not Comerica customers. If you’re part of a nonprofit or would like more information about Comerica’s offerings, please contact your local Comerica banking center.
Community Space is intended for meetings, events, or gatherings related to small businesses or nonprofits. Events of a personal nature are not permitted.

Comerica CoWorkSpaces Eligibility Requirements
Use of Comerica CoWorkSpaces is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis and requires an active Comerica business checking account and a physical business location within the state of Texas. Eligible small businesses include Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Corporations and Nonprofits. Small businesses are defined as those businesses engaged in commercial, industrial, or professional activities. Only one registration per business customer is allowed. For affiliated businesses, Comerica reserves the right to limit participation to one affiliate. Employees of Comerica Bank are not eligible to participate. Businesses where a Comerica employee has ownership in the business are not eligible to use Comerica CoWorkSpaces.
Participant may use and occupy the premises during the term of use for general office use only and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of Comerica; provided, however, in addition to such limitation on use, in no event shall participant use or occupy any part of the premises for any banking or financial services or activities (including without limitation, retail banking, commercial banking, automated teller machine, securities brokerage, insurance, and/or trust activities, and/or retirement services and/or investment banking and/or advisory services, and/or any other use or services customarily engaged in or provided by a bank or other financial institution).
Organizations or entities serving political purposes or offices, including, without limitation, campaign committees, are not eligible for this program.
