Lykesha Shelton

Lykesha Shelton serves as the Vice President, National Community Development Program Manager of Comerica Bank’s Community Development Banking. She is responsible for leading Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives across the Bank’s footprint, by executing on diverse lending and investment strategies.

Lykesha has nearly thirty years of banking experience, during which she managed and lead high-performing sales teams, provided financial consultations, and built community partnerships. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Walden University, a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Lykesha sits on the board of Fearless Transformation, a leadership development charitable organization for emerging women and girls.
