Steve Norkus

Steve Norkus serves as Asset Manager for Community Development Investments and is responsible for managing the tax credit investment portfolio. He conducts performance and risk assessments on more than 4,000 affordable housing properties and economic investments.

Steve has spent more than 20 years at Comerica Bank, where he also served an underwriter in Comerica Bank’s Middle Market and Special Assets groups. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University.
