Jack Maier is the Head of Investment Banking at Comerica Securities, a subsidiary of Comerica Bank. He has spent more than 30 years in the securities industry as an investment banker and has held senior leadership positions at several prominent financial institutions, including UBS, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Additionally, Jack founded and/or built leading boutique investment banking businesses while at Capstone Partners and Legacy Partners.

Over the course of his career, Jack has been an advisor to hundreds of corporations, private equity firms and family offices in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and private placements.

Jack graduated from Wake Forest University and received his MBA from Georgetown University with the distinction University Fellow. Jack is a past member of the Board of Advisors of Wake Forest University’s School of Business and Georgetown University’s School of Business.
