Jeff Wilson is a Managing Director at Comerica Securities, Inc., Investment Banking, a subsidiary of Comerica Bank. He has over 25 years of corporate finance experience, with a primary focus on private, sell-side M&A advisory. Jeff has also advised on acquisitions, carve-outs, public-to-private transactions, private placements, and restructurings.
Before joining Comerica, Jeff was an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey for over 15 years in New York, Hong Kong, and Dallas. He was Head of Asian Corporate Finance and held other senior leadership positions at the firm. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Jeff worked in the Corporate Development group of Crown Castle International, executing acquisitions and investments in the U.S. and Europe. He started his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Stern University in New York, New York and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University, in San Antonio, Texas. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Alcuin School of Dallas and an advisor and mentor to low-income and first-generation college students through CareerSpring. Jeff is married with two children and is an avid runner and a hot sauce enthusiast.
