To help avoid an online security breach, you should periodically update your Comerica Web Banking profile. Changing your User ID, password and security questions every 90 days will help prevent unauthorized people from accessing your account. It’s also important to update your personal contact information (email address and phone number), so we can easily contact you regarding security concerns related to your Comerica account(s).
Make sure your User IDs and passwords contain a mix of numbers and letters, so they can’t be easily guessed. Do not use names, like your mother’s maiden name; familiar dates, like your birthday or anniversary; or your Social Security number. Avoid using any information in your User ID and password that someone could find elsewhere on the Internet. Comerica Web Banking recommends alphanumeric passwords for your security.
